‘Where’s the snow?’ was probably the most coined phrase used by die-hards this past winter. The roller coaster weather which lead to a historic hard stop to the season in many parts of North America will gladly be forgotten by many enthusiasts and operators alike.
As Skirebel.com reported a few weeks ago, most of the continent never really experienced a true winter. Above average norms mixed in with huge temperature swings and below average snowfall made things a little dicey and mountain operators struggling to make it until Easter.
