En enero, el presidente Obama propuso un cambio administrativo, aunque pequeño pero importante en la manera en que inmigrantes indocumentados casados con ciudadanos estadounidenses pueden solicitar la residencia legal. Si la administración sigue adelante con el cambio, esto puede tener un impacto significativo en las vidas de casi medio millón de familias con estatus “migratorio mixto” en los Estados Unidos – incluyendo la mía.
