    PROGRESSION Group Show

    Art House Productions: A piece of art takes shape and evolves; an artist’s work changes over time; artwork capturing an artist’s vision of a world helped – and hurt – by “progress.” Live music by Craig Akin (8:30pm), solo upright bass (slapfiddle.com) and Thrillington (8:30pm), an avant garde ensemble with intricately composed music, favoring knotty counterpoint and polyrhythms. 7pm-10pm

    Happy Hour for Kids

    Three Little Birds: Bring your little birds for an evening of music, dancing and art plus other fun surprises. Three Little Birds is an oasis where families can unplug, get a little messy, meet new friends, reconnect over a song or fly solo for an hour or two. 5pm-7pm.

    Darin DeField - Afrocentricity

    LITM: Best known for his mixed media collage art; working with cut paper and mixed media elements exploring race, gender, sexuality, and identity, DeField’s most acclaimed works are his “Head Series”. These seeming representations of indigenous tribal masks can be interpreted as spiritual leaders, masters and gurus. 5pm-2am

    Robert Piersanti features large-scale portraits of women that illustrate his love of contemporary pop culture and rock & roll. Also, celebrate the first birthday of Unblock the Rock!
