Description of the contract
Medical and General Supplies team has a one-off requirement for the supply of 5 Test Phantoms for use with M Turbo Ultrasound Equipment, each phantom is to be supplied with a hard carry case for protection during transit. Applicants should be aware, that should they be awarded the contract, the contents of the contract will be published by the MOD to the general public in line with the government policy as set out in the Prime Ministers letter of May 2010 (www.number10.gov.uk/statement-and-articles/2010/05/letter-to-government-departments-on-opening-up-data-50214). Before publishing the contract, the MOD may redact any information which would be exempt from disclosure if it was the subject of a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 or the Environment Information Regulations 2002.
