A major goal of the GSDI Association and the International Geospatial Society is to encourage and support geospatial technology transfer to geospatial specialist peers in all nations including those which are economically disadvantaged. 1. Please submit your quality scientific articles to these journals whenever they are a viable choice for your subject matter. You benefit yourself by doing so because journal articles published in full text on the web are cited by others 4 to 5 times more often than those that are not.

2. Please contribute your limited reviewing and editing time, when asked, to these open access journals since by supporting open access journals the fruits of your labor may be accessed by all your peers across the globe.
