Former HP Head Carly Fiorina Named Chair of Alexandria's Good360
Alexandria, Va. -- Carly Fiorina, the former chairman and CEO of
technology giant HP, on Wednesday was named chairman of
Alexandria-based Good360, a charitable organization that operates an
online product donation marketplace. Fiorina, who earned her MBA from the
University of Maryland, succeeds Gail Aldrich, who is departing
to become the chair of AARP's board of directors. Once named
Fortune's Most Powerful Woman in Business for six straight years, Fiorina
headed HP from 1999-2005, and in 2010 won the Republican primary for Senate
in California before ultimately falling to incumbent Barbara Boxer in
the general election She currently serves as vice chairman of the
National Republican Senatorial Committee. "We are thrilled to have Carly
on board as she is undoubtedly one of the most recognized business leaders

Post: Mayor Proposes Tax Incentives to Keep LivingSocial in District
Washington, DC -- Aiming to keep daily deals company LivingSocial in
DC for the long haul, Mayor Vincent Gray has proposed incentives that
would save the fast-growing company as much as $32.5 million in taxes over a
five-year period starting in 2015, The Washington Post reported. "LivingSocial
is a very large part of the reason why other tech companies of all shapes
and sizes have flocked to the District," said Gray in a statement. "We want
to see that trend continue." The deal would need to be approved bythe DC
Council. Tim O'Shaughnessy, the co-founder and CEO of LivingSocial,
told the Post the incentives would be key to keeping the company in DC,
given its expensive nature. "We'll make a commitment to the District if the
District will make a commitment to us," he told the paper. LivingSocial
currently has nearly 1,000 workers in its six DC offices, and expects to
double that payroll in the coming years.

BAE Names Former DHS Secretary Michael Chertoff as Chairman
Arlington, Va. -- BAE Systems Inc., the Arlington-based U.S. arm of
the British defense and aerospace giant, on Wednesday named Michael
Chertoff, the nation's former Secretary of Homeland Security, as its new
chairman. Chertoff, a member of the company's board since 2010, will serve a
three-year term beginning May 1. He succeeds Anthony Zinni, who has
served as chairman since mid-2009. Zinni will remain as an outside director
on the board through April 2014. Chertoff was the nation's second Secretary
of Homeland Security, serving from 2005-2009.

Baltimore -- Right Source Marketing, a provider of marketing
consulting services with offices in Reston and Baltimore, said on Wednesday
it has acquired BMore Integrated, a Baltimore-based provider of
marketing services focused on new media. Financial terms of the deal were
not disclosed. BMore specializes in areas such as search marketing, social
media and web development, counting US Airways; AMF; Polk Audio; Johns
Hopkins Medicine; Washington, DC Tourism and the Maryland State
Lottery among its clients. Michael Teitelbaum, the president of
BMore, will become a managing partner in Right Source's Baltimore office.

Landover-Based 2tor Lands $10 Million Revolving Credit Line
Landover, Md. -- 2tor, a Landover-based provider of web technology
and services used by universities to deliver graduate programs online, said
on Wednesday it has secured a $10 million revolving credit line with
Comerica Bank. The news comes just two weeks after the company announced
