- For Windows you should install:
- The latest Mozilla Firefox Browser. Download for free here.
- The latest version of Internet Explorer. Download for free here. (You may experience problems using Internet Explorer)

- If you meet the above requirements, here are other things to try:
- Check to make sure your settings allow JavaScript and cookies.
- Run System Update on your Windows or Mac computer.
- Try using a different computer. Check with your local public library. Most have computers available for public use.
