Policies & Procedures

Introduction
Welcome to Reality-Networkers. We are delighted that you are electing to become an member. Please be aware that all Members are responsible for conducting their own affairs within the framework of Reality-Networkers Policies and Procedures (also known as P&P). Become familiar with the products and business tools. We suggest that Members remain in contact with their Introducer on a regular basis to stay informed of the latest information and developments. Reality-Networkers will be in regular contact with you through your e-mail address currently displayed in your Members’ details area of the Member’s Page. Other important information will continuously be updated in the link in the member’s Page.

Governing Law
The P&P shall be construed and enforced in accordance with the laws, and shall be governed in all respects thereby. The parties agree that jurisdiction and venue shall lie with the place of acceptance of the Member application.

Member
Any person or entity introduced by an existing Member through that Member’s web site and accepted by Reality-Networkers will be a Member. Reality-Networkers may refuse to accept any Member Application, at its sole discretion.

Membership Application
By completing your online (or offline) Membership Application to join Reality-Networkers, you indicate your understanding and acceptance of these P&P and you agree to abide by them and any applicable laws and regulations that are relevant to the operation of your Reality-Networkers Membership. You agree that you have not relied on any representation or promise that is not contained in the P&P. Alleged misrepresentations by Introducing Members may be investigated by Reality-Networkers, however the company reserves the right to take action against factual breaches rather than alleged breaches. As a Member you acknowledge that not an agent, employee, franchisee, partner, joint venturer or a legal representative of Reality-Networkers. In all cases, any reference Members make to themselves must clearly set forth the Member’s Independent status. For example: If the Member has a business phone, the phone may not be listed under the Reality-Networkers name or in any other manner.

Introducer
An Introducer is an existing Member who joins a new Member with Reality-Networkers and has the responsibility for the placement of the new Member. Reality-Networkers grants to Members a non-exclusive right to introduce new Members to Reality-Networkers and the Enforced Team Support program. Introducers are expected to coach, nurture and communicate with the Members that form their teams. Introducers are required to relate the level of effort required to achieve success without exaggeration of the financial possibilities. Any distributor making false or misleading income claims will be immediately terminated from Reality-Networkers. (See Termination of Membership)

Introduction Conflicts
Before applying, the potential Member will need to choose an Introducer. If any Member submits more than one application, listing a different Introducer on each, Reality-Networkers recognizes the first application received. Requests to change Introducers or placements cannot be considered. Teams are built on mutual trust and solid relationships between the company and its Members. Either of Introducer or placement changes would damage these relationships and affect the income of many people and will not be considered. Accordingly, ensure you exercise care when introducing and placing new Members.

Voluntary Resignation
A Member may cancel at any time, and for any reason the Member Agreement, by notifying Reality-Networkers in writing. Should the individual choose to rejoin Reality-Networkers, they may reactivate only after six (6) months have passed. The company reserves the right of approval for re-activation. Any rejoining Member must join as any other new incoming Member would, and at the next available free position.

Termination of Membership
Reality-Networkers reserves the right to terminate any Membership at any time if that Member is assessed by Reality-Networkers as acting in a manner that is not within the P&P of Reality-Networkers, including the provisions of applicable laws, acting in the reasonable best interests of Reality-Networkers and standards of fair dealing. Such termination shall be made by Reality-Networkers at its discretion. In the event of a termination, the terminated Member agrees to immediately cease representing Reality-Networkers. Any present or future commissions from activities of the Member or the activities of the Member’s existing team, as of the date of the breaches, will be forfeited.

The Member does however, have the right of an appeal process directly to an independent arbitrator, within fourteen (14) days of notification of termination. If the appeal is not received within the 14-day period, the termination will be automatically deemed final. The arbitration will be conducted in the jurisdiction in the presence of an independent arbitrator. The Arbitration decision is final and is subject to no further review. In the event the termination is not rescinded, the termination will be effective as of the date of the original termination notice.

Application to rejoin at a later date cannot be applied for until the expiration of six (6) months from previous termination. The company reserves the right of approval for reactivation.

Potential Income
Potential income is estimated from the total downline a member has assuming they all have upgraded to an active member when their trial period has ended. Potential Income does not mean the member is entitled to the amount listed but rather, the maximum amount of money the member can earn by working with his/her existing team and to complete the tasks required.

Level Commission
Level commissions are rewards for members who have successfully filled each level with active, upgraded members. Level 1 commission is $40 , Level 2 commission is $100, and Level 3 commission is $500. Members can only receive the full commission by completing the level from their own effort. If members have been given an upgraded members from their sponsor/upline to fill the level, they'll still be upgraded to the next level but can only receive a raio of the level commission based on the number of upgraded referrals that have come from their own effort. If member's upgraded referrals have complained that the member has not given enough support, then the member will still be upgraded to the next level but can only receive a raio of the level commission based on the number of upgraded referrals that are satisfied with the members support.

RMR - Legal Obligations & Indemnities
Members acknowledge that they have no authority to bind Reality-Networkers to any obligation other than the obligations expressly set out in the P&P. Members indemnify and hold Reality-Networkers harmless in relation to all claims made by any third party, arising out of a Member's participation in any breach by Members of any of the P&P. Members indemnify and agree to hold Reality-Networkers its Directors, officers, shareholders, employees, consultants, licensees, Members, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotional agencies, media partners and agents, harmless from all claims, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, losses and legal fees, resulting from or arising out of or in any way connected with any Member's Reality-Networkers Web-Sites including products and any mistakes or alterations in relation to information provided to Reality-Networkers through the Web-Sites. All information provided by Members to Reality-Networkers, including their name, email address, remains the property of Reality-Networkers. Members consent to the use of their user name and country of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Member Confidentiality
Genealogy reports are prepared by Reality-Networkers for the sole use of Members and are not to be used for any other purpose. All information contained in the Genealogy reports is proprietary and confidential. Each Member acknowledges that they will be provided with confidential information in relation to Reality-Networkers and its business systems and will not disclose such confidential information to any third party.

Money Back Guarantee
The 14 day trial period is in place for all members to get a hands on feel of the program before deciding to make a payment and continue with their membership. If, for any reason, a member is not satisfied with the service they received after going over their trial period and paid the membership fee, Reality-Networkers will issue a 100% refund on the administration fee. A letter for request for refund must be received within 48 hours of the original payment date. Any members’ accounts that are affected by a refund will be adjusted accordingly.

Reality-Networkers makes no warranties that:

Information obtained from Reality-Networkers will be accurate or reliable;
The Reality-Networkers Web-Site service or server is free of viruses or other harmful factors;
Errors or omissions contained on the Reality-Networkers Web-Site shall be corrected;
Members will have 24 hour/7 day access to their personal Web-Site;
Members will have 24 hour/7 day access the Reality-Networkers Web-Site;
Unauthorized access/alteration to Reality-Networkers data will not occur.

Amendments & Waiver
These P&P are incorporated into the Member Application and constitute the entire agreement between the parties regarding their Membership relationship and supersede any prior agreements, representations and understandings (verbal, implied or otherwise) between the Member and Reality-Networkers. Reality-Networkers however, reserves the right to alter or amend prices, P&P, product availability from time to time. Amendments are binding on all Members. Reality-Networkers will notify active Members of changes via electronic means and other forms of communication. Any alteration to contracts, agreements, specifications, written waivers or amendments to any of these provisions shall constitute a legally binding provision.

Partial Validity
Should a court of competent jurisdiction declare any portion of these P&P or of any other instruments referred to herein or issued by Reality-Networkers invalid, the balance of such rules, applications, or instruments shall remain in full force and effect.

Privacy Disclosure Statement

1. Personal information

Reality-Networkers is sensitive to privacy issues and treats very seriously the ongoing trust our members have placed in us. You can relax knowing that Reality-Networkers aspires to best practice procedures and are constantly in the process of ensuring the security and protection of your private information.

2. What information we do hold

The personal information collected and maintained by Reality-Networkers comprises your name, email address and contact details specific to your membership. This information is held for the express purpose of contacting you in relationship to your on-going membership, and notification of updates.

3. Access by third parties

The only access to information by a third party would be via an up-line member who may see your user name within his downline tree. This would not give him/her access to any personal details other than your name and your email address. Reality-Networkers do not share personal information to direct marketing or similar organizations as we consider that this property is commercial in confidence for the use of Reality-Networkers alone.
