Hi, I’m Jenny!

If you’re here, you already know I’m a people photographer, and you’ve probably picked up on my quirky sense of humour and love of telling stories. So I’ll share some other random facts about me.
*I’m a Seattle girl settled in Northern Ireland.
*Watching the X-Files helped me get a perfect 800 on the verbal SAT. (Really! I learned the word obfuscate the night before the test. :))
*I once hit a spider on the wall by my bed with a shoe, and then cried with guilt at having killed it because I was too squeamish to sleep with it in the room and too lazy to go take it outside in the cold. All the spiders get taken outside now. One of the perks of being married to my husband is that he’s usually the one to do it. (I’m the wasp-chaser.)
*I played the cello for many years (not very well). I still LOVE the sound of string music.
*I once drove back to a diner to tip the waitress with the last of the change from my car’s ashtray.
*The worst thing about wearing glasses is getting them all foggy when I open the oven. The best thing is that I can do this:

Clark Kent… Superman!  Clark Kent… Superman!

Uncanny, right?  Now you’ll recognise me in either guise. ;)  I can’t quite believe I’ve actually put this up on my bio page!  It’s so me, though.  I was dorky before dorky was cool.  Wait, it’s still not cool? Oh well, I’m having fun. :)
