Today s workout went like this Pull ups 3 x 10 Superset Bent over barbell row 3 x 8 Narrow grip row 3 x 8 Wide grip lat pull down 3 x 10 One arm dumbbell row 3 x 8 Hammer strength lat pull 3 x 10 Hyperextensions 3 x 8 Click here for the print out I am using for this workout.
